The California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC)-Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) online joint application update is finalized. The online application changes noted in TCAC’s October 31 memo are now available. No changes to Attachment 40 have been made since TCAC’s notice on November 4.
For online joint applications that are currently in process, you must return to Part II and Part III of the online application to complete these sections, including uploading Attachments that are required for state credit applications. The October 31 Memo explains changes to the online application and the corresponding Attachments.
In addition, Attachment 37 Foregone Developer Fee is an update made subsequent to the October 31 memo.
