The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) will hold a public hearing to discuss the proposed 2020 QAP on from 1:00 to 3:00 pm ET on December 3 at the Department of Natural Resources & Environmental Control’s (DNREC) Auditorium, located at 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE.
