Ohio Opens 2020 Affordable Housing Funding Application
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency posted the 2020 Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) Instructions for completing the AHFA can be found on the first tab. The AHFA must be submitted with all applicable supporting documents by the application deadline. Please direct any questions or issues experienced while completing the AHFA to QAP@ohiohome.org.

Applicants should note that the Design and Construction Features Agreement (DCFA) and Construction Certification tabs have been removed from the AHFA. These are being replaced with a form that will be a shorter version of previous years’ DCFA tabs and hopefully easier for applicants to complete.

Any references in the QAP or other documents to the DCFA still apply, however instead of the DCFA tab in the AHFA being utilized, the new form will be used instead. The form will be posted to the above webpage in the next two weeks.
