The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) extended its review of second draft of the QAP and Multifamily Rental Financing Guide by a few extra weeks. DHCD anticipates the deadline for the submission of applications for the next Competitive Round will be in Spring 2020. A firm date will be issued shortly.
