The Idaho Housing and Finance Association is proposing to amend Section 6.4.14 of its QAP, which governs selection criteria for new construction or adaptive reuse developments. The amendment lists the average land cost at $21.03, hard construction costs at $159.61 and all remaining development costs at $94.77 per residential square foot. These numbers are based on the August 2019 application round with the highest and lowest cost developments excluded.
