Louisiana Extends PRIME NOFA Deadline to March 26

The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) extended the application deadline for its Piggyback Resilient Mixed-Income (PRIME) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to 4:00 pm CT on March 26. All applications, attachments and required documents must be submitted electronically using either of the following methods:

1)  Submit on a thumb drive through U.S. Mail, Fed Ex, UPS or other comparable method of delivery.

OR

2)  Submit by uploading your application to LHC’s website here: https://forms.lhc.la.gov/lihtc/login.

The Application Deadline extension has been published as Addendum #3 to the PRIME NOFA Version 1.2 and can be found on LHC’s website here.

All other portions of the PRIME NOFA Version 1.2 still apply.  Please refer to Section 10, “Application Submission,” of PRIME NOFA Version 1.2, to review all other requirements and procedures.
