The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) posted
- A revised 2020 nine percent application log, which indicates scores for Quantifiable Community Participation (QCP), and tie-breakers associated with revised “Best Possible Scores”
- A list indicating input from Local Governments for the purpose of scoring points under 10 TAC Section 11.9(d)(1)
- A list indicating QCP Packets received by the Department for the purpose of scoring points under 10 TAC Section 11.9(d)(4) that had corresponding applications submitted
- A list indicating Input from State Representatives for the purpose of scoring points under 10 TAC Section 11.9(d)(5)
All data was compiled using information submitted by each applicant. This data has not yet been reviewed or verified by the Department and errors may be present. Those reviewing the documents are advised to use caution in reaching any definitive conclusions based on this information alone. Applicants are encouraged to review 10 TAC Section 11.1(b) concerning Due Diligence and Applicant Responsibility. Updated scoring will be included in logs posted at various times during the cycle.
