The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) suspended all physical inspections associated with our multifamily housing finance programs.
We are continuing our review processes regarding desk compliance/file review. Additionally, it is our intention to allow for flexibility in the timeline for completing the entire review process. Most of our staff are working remotely and can review files submitted electronically. Accordingly, we ask that you electronically submit files associated with reviews to the extent of your ability. Your Compliance Specialist will contact you and provide instructions for electronic file submissions via WCMS. This will help ensure that your submissions are secure, and the organization of your submissions are practical and orderly to allow for remote review.
