Ohio Reschedules April 1 Compliance Policies and Regulations Training to April 21

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) will hold the April 1 Compliance Policies and Regulations training session on Tuesday, April 21 as a webinar. The May 19 training will also be a webinar. Both trainings will be 3.5 hours at 12:30 – 4:00 pm EDT.

Training content will be the same and attendees will be able to ask questions, participate in knowledge checks and will receive an e-course manual. 90 percent of the webinar must be attended to receive a certificate.

The webinar will fulfill OHFA’s QAP training requirement in order to obtain IRS Form 8609 and provide 3 hours of continuing education credit.
