Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) amended the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan and 2019 Annual Action Plan and is accepting comments through May 19. The Consolidated Plan is the Commonwealth’s application and distribution plan for the HUD Office of Community Planning and Development Programs (CDBG, ESG, HTF, HOME and HOPWA). KHC recently received additional funding allocations through the CARES Act for CDBG, ESG and HOPWA, necessitating amendments to planning documents. Virgin Islands HFA Appoints Eugene Jones Jr. Executive Director
Eugene Jones Jr. has been appointed executive director of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority. Jones most recently served as executive director of the Atlanta Housing Authority and brings to his new role decades of experience working in housing agencies in cities, such as Chicago, Toronto, New Orleans and Detroit
