During routine network maintenance, the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency experienced a hardware failure that impacted the entire network and prevented the mass notification of interested parties that the tax credit application system would be unavailable for an undetermined period of time. The network is now available again. As a result of this extended down time, the deadline for full applications of the 2020 Housing Credit cycle has been moved to noon on Tuesday, May 19.
