The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division posted a revised 2020 Multifamily Uniform Application, which affects applications that include a request for funding under the Department’s Multifamily Direct Loan Program.
In Tab 7, Site Information Form Part I, the information related to accessing DP-1 Census data in cell D81 has been updated to reflect recent changes to the Advanced Search option on the U.S. Census Bureau website. The revised application refers applicants directly to the new “data.census.gov” Advanced Search option to avoid confusion with the expired “American FactFinder (AFF)” Advanced Search option.
