Minnesota Housing is extending the public comment period for its proposed changes to the 2022-2023 QAP by three weeks to provide housing and community development partners additional time to review and comment on the proposed QAP changes.

Minnesota Housing released the draft 2022-2023 QAP, Self-scoring Worksheet and methodologies and will hold the following engagement opportunities to learn more about the proposed changes:

  • Thursday, June 11: 1:30 – 3:00 pm CST: Register here. Commissioner Ho will provide an opening statement and Minnesota Housing staff will share a detailed overview of the proposed QAP changes. You will have the opportunity to share online feedback and comments related to the proposed changes.
  • Monday, June 22: 12:00 – 1:30 pm CST: Date Change! Conversation with Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers (MCCD), Minnesota Housing Partnership (MHP) and Minnesota Housing. Minnesota Housing will provide a brief overview of the proposed QAP changes followed by participant discussion. A registration link will be provided closer to the meeting date.
  • Tuesday, July 14: 10:00 – 11:00 am CST: Date and time change! Public hearing via conference call. Dial-In toll-free number: 1-888.742.5095, Conference Code: 603-415-8008. You may register in advance for this meeting via email at MHFA@state.mn.us.
