In response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Connecticut, the Office of the Governor, the Department of Housing, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, HUD and other partners conducted a survey of residential landlords. The goal of the survey was to gather information about the financial impact of COVID-19 and the potential for evictions. The results of the survey can be seen in the dashboard here. Specifically, the dashboard examines who responded to survey, the financial impact of the pandemic on landlords, expected changes in collections and evictions in 2020 and an examination of effective policy responses. The survey was closed on May 29, 2020.
