Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released a proposed rule amending its Rent Guarantee Program Operations Manual. The rule would incorporate the operations manual as a part of the administrative rule. Comments should be submitted by 5:00 pm PT on July 31. OHCS will hold a virtual hearing on July 16 from 11:00 – 11:30 pm PT. Join here.
