Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) will host an online workshop on July 9 (1:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET) to discuss how to move through design and construction to operations with the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria for projects in Ohio. What’s required? What’s recommended? What are the most often overlooked details? Attendees will engage in exercises highlighting critical elements of the Criteria and how these relate to their development and construction timelines. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have examined which components of the Criteria differ from their stand procedures and will be able to identify what is required for Certification. Virgin Islands HFA Appoints Eugene Jones Jr. Executive Director
Eugene Jones Jr. has been appointed executive director of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority. Jones most recently served as executive director of the Atlanta Housing Authority and brings to his new role decades of experience working in housing agencies in cities, such as Chicago, Toronto, New Orleans and Detroit
