The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) announced new supporting documents to accompany the Round 4 Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Housing Program Notice of Funding Availability for approx. $141 million, which was released on April 30, 2020. The NOFA webinar presentation from June 25, 2020 and New Questions and Answers are now available.
Effective immediately, the TOD Program will accept completed drafts of the Land Use Verification, Legal Certification and all resolutions, with no signatures required at time of application. Electronically executed documents must be submitted no later than August 30, 2020. HCD is actively reviewing wet signature requirements and will issue final guidance prior to the execution of Standard Agreements. Applications are due by July 30, 2020 at 5:00 pm PT.
