The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is offering online training sessions on DHCD subsidy program occupancy requirements. Three training sessions will cover HOME and Housing Trust Fund (HTF), and three trainings will cover State Bond programs, including, but not limited to Housing Stabilization Fund, Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Housing Innovations Fund, Community Based Housing, Commercial Area Transit Node Housing Program and Capital Improvement and Preservation Fund.
Each training will take place on-line and will be split into two sessions: 10 – 11:30 a.m. and 1 – 2:30 p.m. ET. There is no charge, but each training is limited to 75 participants, please reserve your spot for the training by emailing Camille.Perry@mass.gov.
HOME Subsidy Trainings will take place on:
- October 27, 2020;
- November 17, 2020; and
- December 1, 2020.
Bond Subsidy Trainings will take place on:
- October 28, 2020;
- November 18, 2020; and
- December 2, 2020.
