The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) released its winter 2021 rental round notice of funding availability (NOFA). Pre-applications for the winter 2021 rental round are due on October 30, 2020, with full applications due on January 21, 2021.
In addition to the winter 2021 rental round, DHCD currently is hosting four smaller competitions:
- Community Scale Housing competition (CSHI): awards to be announced imminently;
- Supportive Housing competition for vulnerable populations: pre-applications due September 17;
- Supportive Housing/SRO/Homelessness competition: pre-applications accepted on a rolling basis; and
- 2020 mini-round for highly ready production projects: OneStop+ applications due September 30 from sponsors with approved pre-applications.
