Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) will hold a virtual QAP information hearing from 9 – 11 a.m. ET on September 25. MSHDA’s regular QAP process was disrupted due to COVID-19. In an effort to get back on track with the QAP and continue having funding rounds for nine percent LIHTC, MSHDA is considering an interim step for allocating the 2021 LIHTC ceiling that would allow for a handful of very focused changes to the QAP and would establish the nine percent LIHTC Funding Round schedule for 2021 LIHTC.
