The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) posted the final version of the 2021 Multifamily Underwriting Guidelines, as well as the OHFA Expected Useful Life Table and PCNA Table of Contents template, which are referenced in the Underwriting Guidelines. Additionally, the Development Team Pre-Approval Form for use by nine percent LIHTC applicants is now available. The form contains instructions on how to complete and submit.
Registration is now open for the 2021 LIHTC Application Training. The training will be held Monday, November 30 from 1 to 3 p.m. ET. Register here. All are welcome to attend, however the training will be geared towards applicants with an understanding of, and experience with, LIHTCs.
