The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is accepting public comments on its Draft 2021 State of Texas Low Income Housing Plan and Annual Report (SLIHP) through January 19, 2021, at 5 p.m. CT. Comments should be sent to info@tdhca.state.tx.us.
The SLIHP offers a comprehensive reference for statewide housing needs, housing resources and strategies for funding allocations. It reviews TDHCA’s housing programs, current and future policies, and resource allocation plans to meet state housing needs. It also reports on the Department’s performance during the preceding state fiscal year (September 1, 2019, through August 31, 2020).
