Ten Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Section 11.2 related to the Program Calendar for LIHTC requires that if a 2021 Pre-Application was not submitted, an Electronic Filing Agreement must be submitted on or before Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, in order to ensure enough time for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to assign a username for the applicant to create an account. If a 2021 Competitive LIHTC Pre-Application was submitted, there is no need to submit an Electronic Filing Agreement as the Electronic Filing Agreement was included within the online 2021 Pre-Application. TDHCA will email the Multifamily Serv-U account administrators for each full application with further instructions.
