The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) updated its nine percent excel application. Changes and corrections include: updating the Basis and Credits sheet Permanent Financing cell to link correctly, and updating the notation in cell S103 of the Sources and Uses Budget.
If any of these corrections affect an application you have in process, you may email that application to TCAC staff to make the necessary corrections. Please email Sarah Gullikson and Connie Harina with “2021 Application Correction Request” in the subject line.
