The Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) is making $3 million in Community Development Block Grant-Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) and $2 million in HOME Program funds available alongside a four percent LIHTC allocation. Priority funding will be given first to projects requesting CDBG-CV grants and secondly to HOME.
Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. PT on June 15th by IHFA (deadline extended from original date of May 1, 2021). Applications will only be accepted electronically via Procorem.
