The Denver Community Planning and Development team is partnering with the Department of Housing Stability on a citywide effort to promote affordable housing through policy tools and incentives. The new Expanding Housing Affordability Project will involve:

  • A citywide zoning incentive for affordable housing;
  • An update to the city’s linkage fee; and
  • Preparation for potential changes to state law on inclusionary housing.
