HUD Exchange announced the launch of a new Davis-Bacon training on Payroll Analysis. The second of a two-part training, this new set of modules walks Local Contracting Agencies (LCAs) through the correct way to conduct a payroll analysis. It also provides construction contractors with the information needed to submit timely, accurate certified payrolls. This training includes six modules on Delegation of Authority, Verification of Wages Against A Wage Determination, Statement of Compliance, Additional Classifications, Compliance Reviews and Corrections and Comparison Analysis.

USDA Rural Development Decoupling Program Development Stakeholder Session – April 25
The decoupling of rental assistance from Section 514/515 loans under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2024 will now permit properties with Section 514/515 maturing mortgages to continue to receive rental assistance to further preserve affordable housing. A stakeholder engagement session is being held on April 25 at 2 p.m. ET and those interested in participating are encouraged to register.
