The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) released the Round 4 Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) July 2021 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for approximately $220 million. Applications are due by September 20 at 5 p.m. PT. HCD will hold virtual NOFA workshops, which offer participants the opportunity to hear an overview of the NOFA and any updates that have developed since the third round in July 2020. The workshops will take place from 9 a.m. to noon PT on the following days:
