The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority is holding a stakeholder engagement series on Tuesdays in August. The three sessions will provide a project management framework incorporating lessons learned, tips and solutions for successful stakeholder engagement. Each event will take place from 2 to 3:30 p.m. MT, register for individual sessions or all three:
- August 10: Laying the Groundwork for an Effective Strategy;
- August 17: Internal Engagement – Power Dynamics, Roles, and Responsibilities; and
- August 24: Tools and Techniques for External Engagement.
