The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) posted the list of applications received for the Round Four Multifamily Housing Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
The program NOFA was released on July 23. Applications were due September 29 and HCD received a total of 84 applications requesting approximately $982 million out of approximately $220 million available.
