The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) posted its draft application forms for the 2022 – 2023 QAP. Please note the posted materials are in draft form and have been released for stakeholder review and feedback; they are not meant to be used in conjunction with a formal submittal. Final application forms will be released after the QAP is finalized. Any feedback on the draft forms can be submitted to rental-qap@azhousing.gov.
