The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) released a Notice of Funding Available (NOFA) soliciting applications from public or private nonprofit organizations in the Arizona Balance of State (outside of Maricopa and Pima counties) for Recovery Housing Program activities. RHP rules fall under the umbrella of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program with certain modifications.
