The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) completed its second allocation round of 2021. Sixteen applications were received seeking a total of $14.2 million in state credit along with $21.4 million in federal four percent credit. CHFA is awarding $12.2 million in state credit and $19.2 million in federal four percent credit to 14 developments, which will support the construction of 1,373 affordable rental housing units.
