Natasha Detweiler-Daby, assistant director of planning and policy, is stepping in as the interim director of affordable rental housing at Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) while the recruitment for a permanent director is underway. Detweiler-Daby came to OHCS in 2007 with a background in urban and regional planning, real estate development and research from Portland State University. She has been pivotal in leading the creation of numerous OHCS affordable rental housing programs and policies. The agency is deeply appreciative of Detweiler-Daby’s leadership and service, which uniquely positions OHCS to continue the momentum and progress the Affordable Rental Housing team has built over the last ten years.
