Colorado Housing and Finance Authority is introducing a new online process for submitting the Letter of Intent (LOI) to apply for housing tax credits. LOI forms are no longer available on the website. LOI and application deadlines outlined in the 2021-2022 QAP will remain the same. The link to the new LOI will be available beginning Nov. 22, 2021.
