The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) extended deadlines for the Rural Bond Bundle Program (RBBP), which focuses on the preservation of existing, affordable rural housing. It specifically seeks existing developments financed through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Program (USDA-RD) that cannot secure the capital needed for rehabilitation, preservation and continued viability.
The following sections of the NOFA have been amended:
- 9.0 Deadlines to Submit and
- 9.6 Important Dates and Deadlines.
