The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance Monitoring staff developed and recorded a training on the Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System (CMTS). This training offers a basic overview of the initial setup, additional account holders, password resets, uploading units and buildings and a review of reporting requirements.
