The Montana Department of Commerce will hold a public hearing via Zoom to consider a proposed amendment to the 2023 QAP on February 3 at 10 a.m. MT. The proposed amendments incorporate the Qualified Contract Policy dated Nov. 15, 2021, and remove duplicitous Housing Credit Allocation Procedures. Comments should be sent to docadministrativerules@mt.gov by 5 p.m. MT on February 11.
