The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will hold a public hearing on its draft HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) Allocation Plan on January 21 and 27. The hearing on January 21 will be held online starting at 10 a.m. CT, register here. The hearing on January 27 will be held at the Health and Human Services Winters Building (701 W 51st Street, Room 560W Austin, TX 78751) starting at 2 p.m. CT.
