The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) posted an updated version of the 2022 Multifamily Uniform Application. Changes to the 2022 Multifamily Uniform Application include the addition of “new construction” in the drop-down menus, the removal of “additional phase of an existing development” in the Development Narrative tab, minor fixes to drop-down menus and the unlocking of hidden cells. These changes to the 2022 Multifamily Uniform Application are administrative updates rather than substantial alterations; as such, applicants who have already begun completing an application that would not be affected by these changes are not required to switch to the new iteration of the application form.
