The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority is now accepting applications for the first round of its 2022 Direct Effect Award. Direct Effect Awards are an opportunity for CHFA to recognize and support Colorado nonprofits whose missions align with our work to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. The average donation amount is $12,622. The maximum donation amount is $30,000. All applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. MT on February 28.
