The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development will hold a HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) listening session from noon to 1 p.m. ET on February 18 via Google Meet. Each listening session will include a short presentation from DHCD staff on what activities are eligible under HOME-ARP, when the funds will be available and basic program requirements. Partners are invited to share their input on unmet housing and service needs in their community, challenges with creating and sustaining new projects locally and more that could help guide the HOME-APR plan development. Organizations are invited to attend one or more sessions, which are organized by affinity/population.
