The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) will present a live online presentation of the Income Determination Training on March 8 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CT.
This training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers and all MFDL program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and covers topics, such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income and more. Register here.
