The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) posted a 2022 Direct Loan Unit Calculator Tool, a 2022 Direct Loan CHDO Certification checklist and packet, along with an updated payment receipt. The changes to the payment receipt include a reminder that application fees and appraisal fees should be paid in separate checks. Applicants should list each check for each type of fees being paid.
