The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) has updated its THOMAS page with THDA templates, 2022 MTBA Workshop slides, 2022 Template Checklist and MTBA Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), which may be needed for the upcoming submission round. The 2022 MTBA Program Description has also been added. Questions should be submitted to MTBA22@thda.org.
