Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released the nine percent LIHTC Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) 2022-5, which includes the ability to leverage the following resources:
- HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME);
- General Housing Account Program/Housing Development Grant Program (GHAP/HDGP) also known as “Gap Funds;”
- Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit (OAHTC); and
- Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Rental Assistance and Services Funding only.
