The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) released a revised Competitive Application (Excel Workbook, Rev. 2/11/22) for the Housing for a Healthy California Program, Article I Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
Under the Selection Criteria tab, Utilization of Funds to Offset Requests, Cell U83 has been updated to pull the “Capital Loan Amount” requested from the Development Sources table (cell I30) instead of the maximum “Capital Loan Amount.” This correction only affects applicants requesting less than the Maximum Capital Loan Amount.
If you are in the process of completing an application and are requesting less than the maximum capital loan amount, please send your draft application to HHCNOFA@hcd.ca.gov. Competitive applications are due March 1 by 5 p.m. PT.
