The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee updates its 2022 Credit Estimates. Specifically, the State Tax Credits for New Construction four percent Projects on page three have been updated to reflect the amounts available for the General Allocation and for California Housing Finance Agency (CalHF — Mixed Income Program (MIP) projects.
