The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency updated its Special Needs Housing Trust Fund Underwriting and Financing Guidelines and Policy effective Feb. 24, 2022. Revisions include increasing the maximum loan amount from $100,000 to $150,000 per unit for mixed-occupancy projects and establishing a $4,000,000 maximum loan amount for a single project.

Comments on North Dakota’s Action Plan Due May 13
The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency is accepting comments on its draft 2024 Annual Action Plan, which provides a summary of the actions, activities and specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used during the year to address priority needs and goals identified in the Consolidated Plan.
