The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency posted the final site scores for the 2022 LIHTC new construction applications. The full application will be available in mid-April and full applications are due by noon on May 13. While the application and exhibits are paperless, applicants are required to submit a hard copy of the project plans (full size 24”x 36” and bound) by the May 13 noon deadline.
